Rob’s the consummate industrialist, without the paunch, forging creative solutions for Fortune 500’s and fortunate one’s for over 20 years. Rob hits business objectives with big, smart ideas, driving sales for Taco Bell, Motorola, and Tropicana among others, launching start up brands in high-tech, health, and manufacturing, and overseeing sponsorship campaigns for United and AT&T. After a decade at Y&R/Wunderman and then Frankel/Publicis as SVP/ECD, Rob jumped out of exec meetings to get back to creative, founding the ultimate oxymoronical boutique conglomerate. He’s won numerous integrated marketing awards and is a frequent commentator in his own household. Rob has a BA in English literature from Colgate University, NY.

Robin has a big agency background creating breakthrough work for Sirius Satellite Radio, Circuit City, Mazda, Lucini Olive Oil, and Progressive Insurance. And then she wanted something more Industrial. Her philosophy? Create great brand concepts based on truth executed in an unforgettable way. Robin's been recognized in Communication Arts Magazine, Print Magazine, regional Addys, and in her Mom’s wreck room. She is a graduate of Portfolio Center.
TOM ASCHAUER
WRITER

Beginning his ad career literally in an agency mail room, Tom’s sorting skills were so impressive he was transferred to DDB’s creative department.  He gained national recognition for his writing on Anheuser-Busch, State Farm Insurance, General Mills, Clorox, Discover Card, and the Indiana State Lottery, among others.
Tom’s won numerous awards and recognition from the Clios, Chicago International Film Festival, N.Y. International TV & Film Festival, the London International Advertising Awards, Advertising Age’s Best Spots, and local, regional and national Addys.  Also, ask Tom about his Doctorate of Philosophy diploma from Northwestern University.

CHAD SOMMER
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR/EVENTS

Chad’s whole life is an event. Literally. He created buzz and on-street programs for Motorola, from product launch and sampling events to office lobby displays and business to business pushes. Chad has a background in on-premise marketing as well, having worked with Finlandia and other brands that will cause us all to stop marketing and start drinking. Chad has a BA degree in addition to holding a high degree of street cred.

Bill’s diverse background has led him to drive all sorts of successful programs, from vote winning political campaigns to award winning marketing campaigns. In his work at the CDC, the 360 agency in Atlanta, and running PR and marketing for US senate and gubernatorial campaigns, Bill has a rare combined knowledge of the public sector, the private sector, and the ever-evolving marketing agency sector. Bill leads account and strategic planning, and the more-than-occasional party planning.
